Shipping: All products are shipped via UPS. Please use
the Contact Us page if you would like more information.
International Orders: Because of Customs Regulations in certain countries, we may not be able to ship certain items that may be prohibited for Import. Please check with your Customs Office for further Information.
Also, there may be an added handling charge assessed by your Customs Office.
Returns: All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition (band intact for hair) and be accompanied with the original invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to ninety (90) days after invoice date. However, refund amounts and exchanges are subject to the following:
Refund Stipulations: All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee of original purchased value, except for first time MAIL-ORDER customers AND original shipping and handling fees are deducted.
All returns received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date will receive a full refund minus the above stipulations. Exchanges within thirty (30) days of invoice are not subject to restocking fees, however shipping and handling fees will be charged.
All returns received after thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of invoice date are only eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of original purchased value minus the above stipulations. Exchanges after thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will be charged.
All clearance sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All hair replacement pieces and wigs are NOT subject to return for sanitation purpose.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after ninety (90) days of invoice date.
