Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition (band intact for hair) and be accompanied with original invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 90 days after invoice date. However, refund amounts and exchanges are subject to the following:

Refund stipulations: ALL refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee of original purchased value, except for first time MAIL-ORDER customers AND original shipping and handling fees are deducted. *For the first time mail customers, the restocking charge can be waived as long as the returned product is in original condition.*
All returns received within 30 days of invoice date will receive full refund minus the above stipulations. Exchanges within 30 days of invoice are not subject to restocking fees, however shipping and handling fees will be charged.
All returns received after 30 days up to 90 days of invoice date are only eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of original purchased value minus the above stipulations. Exchanges after 30 days up to 90 days of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will be charged.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days of invoice date.
All hair replacement pieces and wigs are NOT subject to return for sanitation purpose.
All clearance sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers who purchase clearance sale items bear the risk of getting the quality inconsistent to our regular sale items.
